Chapter 125: Bai Xue’s obsession

Su Hu and Bai Xue, who were locked outside, stared at the door that had been closed at their faces with sullen and glum looks. Bai Xue had never been treated like this before; she was born with a petite body and her face was cuter than Bai Meiyue’s cold and stoic one.

Thus, many men preferred her instead of Bai Meiyue. For a few good seconds, she couldn’t believe that she had been kicked out by Bai Zhan and Bai Jixuan. By the time she calmed down and realised her situation, her expression turned darker than the bottom of the pot and she scrambled to her feet before rushing back home.

She didn’t want to stay here for a second longer after being humiliated like that.

And Su Hu, who was left behind, stared at the door for a long time. He waited to see whether Bai Meiyue would open the door and let him in but when she didn’t, he turned on his feet and walked away. However, as he returned to the penthouse where he was staying with the Bai family, Su Hu couldn’t help but feel unstable.

He didn’t dislike Bai Meiyue. On the contrary, he liked her very much; compared to Bai Xue, Bai Meiyue was much prettier but she was also too cold and didn’t know how to rely on a man. Unlike her, Bai Xue was much more charming.

When Su Hu sent Bai Meiyue to the bed of another man, he never thought about letting go of her. He knew that it was he who wanted to rise higher and was willing to accept Bai Meiyue even with her imperfect and used body. It was his fault after all. Other than giving her a title, Su Hu was willing to give her anything.

But who would have thought that when he met Bai Meiyue again, she would turn into a completely different person? It seemed like she not only hated the Bai family but she also hated him.

Su Hu’s heart ached a little. He knew that he had let Bai Meiyue down but compared to the ruthlessness of the Bai family, he still had some qualms and treated Bai Meiyue well. At least he never thought of abandoning her.

What was more—the current Bai Meiyue was even more to his liking! That fiery personality made his blood boil.

She sighed once more before adding in a soft voice, "She actually called Aunt Yan and her brothers from the village. How can she do such a thing? No matter what, dad has raised her for so many years..and she did such a thing."

When Su Hu heard her words, he too couldn’t help but blame Bai Meiyue a little. He also noticed the bowl of hot noodles in Bai Meiyue’s hands, which meant that unlike them, Bai Meiyue had clean water and supplies at hand.

But instead of sharing it with them, she was sharing those supplies with Yan Wanning and her two brothers who didn’t grow up with her.

Su Hu couldn’t help but think that Bai Meiyue was being unfair. After all, it was he who grew up with her. Compared to Bai Zhan and Bai Jixuan, he was closer to her and yet now that the situation was like this, Bai Meiyue would rather give those supplies to those two men instead of him.

She was being too much!

Bai Xue relaxed when she saw a flash of resentment in Su Hu’s eyes. She had fought tooth and nail to snatch this man; she would never allow Bai Meiyue to take him back.

Bai Xue turned her head and looked at the groaning man on the floor. Her eyes glimmered with hatred when she saw Bai Feng lying on the floor with a painful expression. But upon recalling Bai Meiyue’s threat, she shuddered and said to Su Hu, "Lets..Lets bring Brother Feng inside."

Su Hu wasn’t the only one who noticed Bai Meiyue’s murderous aura; she did too. Bai Xue was worried that if something happened to Bai Feng, Bai Meiyue would really kill her!
