Eva Dolphus's POV

"Why don't you give us what you collected?"

From the moment, Jayvald said those words.

My ears twitched as I felt a damping wave spreading around the room.

Just like me, it seems Pearl also noticed a certain wave.

Even though others were engaging in conversation, it seemed like they couldn't feel it or more like I, who was sensitive to sounds and movements able to grasp that.

And Pearl who was trained as the future Ruler of Atlantis was also able to grasp that.

After seconds of analysing, our eyes finally landed on the person who was causing it.

My eyes widened in surprise as well as Pearl's.

Not because of the person but instead the way that person created it vibrating wave.

"Did you see it?" Pearl whispered to me.

"...." I nodded silently.

Even though Pearl felt it and was able to identify it, there was no way she was able to see it.

That Person named Asher Eli simply tapped the ground with his foot in a microsecond and very slight movement which could not be seen by the naked eye.

Due to only my speed element, I am able to sense it and see it.

....But for what reason, he was doing this in the first place?

Why was he sending waves?

I pondered a bit, however soon my brain cells cried in pain.

So simply turned to ask Pearl.....

That guy named Asher Eli asked us something...

'Wait a second, he asked something in the middle of my thinking and I nodded without thinking.....well, whatever'

As I was about to ask, I saw Pearl was grinning ear to ear.

'What the...?' I was perplexed by her behaviour.

Third Person's POV

Everyone hurriedly went on alert and slowly looked at the small door from which they came.

It seems like some invincible barrier protected the door from being demolished.

'gulp'

Everyone gulped hard, those clusters of eyes trying to look inside the room.

"BBOOOMM"

Again it used its stinger to hit, fortunately, just like before, the invisible barrier protected it.

Luna was already hiding behind Eli.

Amused by her reaction, Eli teased,

"Are you sure to use a commoner to shield yourself, Princess?"

Even though it was her first time hearing him calling respectfully, still it was just to tease her.

Thus, anger flared up inside her heart however under this circumstance, her mind was currently turned off.

Getting no reaction, Eli sighed and pulled her into the corner of the room and sat down as he made her sit in front of him facing front.

Luna's eyes were clearly on the exit of the door that was constantly hit by the monster and when it tried to spray its poison it was completely absorbed by the invisible barrier, so she failed to notice what was happening to her, yet,

"Huh?"

Luna suddenly felt a combing on her head. Slowly but surely she snapped out of the terror and looked back to see Eli who was trying to comb her hair.

"Wow!!"

Her lips were wide open when she saw her own reflection.

Eli's voice snapped her from her stupor and said with embarrassment,

"'cough, cough' I-I acknowledge you harder work, commoner....so I let 'your foul words' aside" Luna tried to act like a Princess.

Eli suddenly moved his face dangerously close to her which made her momentary freeze.

"If you say any more cheeky words, I.Will.Bite.You" Eli said with a predatory gaze as motioned his mouth to bite.

Suddenly her body glowed and a barrier created around then it pushed Eli away.

Eli simply leaned on the barrier and stared at her.

"..W-What?" Luna almost dispelled her barrier.

'Ah, it seems like she was shocked too much' Eli thought and teased more,

Luna was making so many weird emotions.

It made him even more amusing,

"It's sad that she only loves my food....so I rejected her offer. However, she even said her sister was a good girl and a wonderful girl so she gave to choice to scoop you from an evil person"

"...." Her barrier broke.

Eli walked towards her and whispered,

"So, I am going scoop both sisters from the Dawn Kingdom"

Finally, put a nail in the coffin....not knowing whether it was for her or....him.

"Just kidding, girl" Eli then smiled and patted her head and said with a smug face,

"I already have two gorgeous women as wives and three gorgeous women as lovers who are soon to be my wife.....you could have a chance though"
