Chapter 189: Crimson Raider.

"Ahhh" the sound of relief sounded from within the underground courtyard, as Leon’s figure emerged from behind a door.

The underground courtyard was constructed in such a way that it was hard to find, but at the same time...the lighting was just the appropriate amount. For it to be comfortable.

"Sigh!!" Leon streched his arm out and clenched his fist. Right now, he didn’t have a top on and his muscles could be seen visibly bulging in a rhythmic manner. The BloodMisty lillys were the ultimate treasure for the Warlocks.

Not only did it improve the bloodline concentration by leaps and bounds, it also made one’s physical body insanely powerful and healthy.

"I wonder...." Leon smirked.

From the instructions he got In the library of xion, one of the main ingredients for growing the BloodMist lilly was the use of blood..however, it didn’t mean just any type of blood, it was specified that warlock blood was the best type of blood to use in refining it.

But, Leon couldn’t just go around Killing warlocks to grow the BloodMistylilly. It was counter intuitive and would definitely land him in bigger problems than he bargained for...of course, If Leon could just get his hands on some....it would be of huge benefits for himself.

For now though? He would need to stick to using blood from creatures bought in the markets.

"Hmmm" While Leon sat in a meditative state, he heard a noise rattle from above the courtyard on the surface level.

"Did something happen?" While seated cross-legged, Leon inquired slowly.

"Yes, the team has been cornered by some unknown individuals...they have a peak level 3 fighter there, I think you’ll have to go there by yourself" Arian said to Leon.

For the first time in 3 months, she looked genuinely worried....she was always so calm and collected.

"Is that all?" Leon frowned.

"I don’t know why...but u tried to use my powers on one of them and...it didn’t seem to work?" Arian explained

She had never stopped using the powers of the sin of Pride ever since she got it. In fact she had improved and learned alot about its usuage here in BloodRock city the most giving her the nickname White Witch, because of her ability to make people act in unreasonable patterns.

it was her hidden edge over all her opponents and up until now it had not failed her.

"Hmmm, that is indeed strange.....well, I guess I have no choice but to come check it out" Leon rubbed his chin in worry. He still didn’t know much about the Sins other than they were the most precious things in the pagoda.

Any new information about it was highly welcomed.

Soon, Leon got ready and flew into the sky with Arian and Ember by his side.

"These guys just came out of nowhere and attacked us, how were you expecting me to predict it?"

As for their leader, he had unanimously been given the name, Crimson Raider. His Crimson red suit of amour and his spear made him stand out from everyone here... this was the leader of the troop that had been causing so much trouble the past few months.

"You can coordinate with Sith and the rest to take then out...but leave the lady for me, she’s different" with the side of his eyes, Leon instructed Arian and the rest.

It seemed like they had finally caught the attention of someone that was willing to go the extra mile to take them out....even inviting a peak level 3 warlock to come out.

"Come on up" using her I index finger, the lady beckoned for Leon to fly higher into the air with her to which Leon refused vehemently.

Instead, he used the momentum of her distraction to blast forward like a speeding bullet.

She didn’t even have the time to react before a spear head was already inches away from here face, but as fate would have it, the fact that she was still going up when Leon attacked left space for her to level with the spear and smack it to the left with her right hand.

However just then, Leon pulled of a dagger from his left hand side while still riding the momentum to stab at her neck.

"Fuxk!!" She curses and also attempted to block this attack.....but before she knew it—

Several blows had been traded with Leon trying to take her live in every step of the way.

"Who is this guy???" She couldn’t believe it, this just while fighting in mid air was able to juggle between two daggers and a spear, Attacking her nonestop.

This kind of skill.....she had never seen something like this in her life before, but this wasn’t the time to be amazed. She had to act now before she became a score on someone’s board..

From her mouth, a bone chilling screech emitted throughout the Area causing everyone to look up.

Thus disorienting screech was too annoying and was able to force Leon to give her space.

"Hmmm," Seeing Leon back off, the lady unclenched her fists revealing, long red nail which she used to swip at him mid air.

She had gained the initiative with one simple move.
