Chapter 547 Ruler Of Forest Of Bug

As Alros enter the depth of the nest, he not only spotted more Mana Crystal, but also several things similar to the hives of wasps and hornets.

He head deeper, hoping to have a look of the elusive Ruler. Slowly but surely, he spotted a large chamber, which was the final one, or so he thinks. But he still did not see the Ruler.

'Is she not here? Or did she goes elsewhere.' as for why Alros started to call the Ruler she, well, unless proven otherwise, he is going to assume only females in this world, both monsters, Magical Beasts, and sentient races would be able to give birth, and not males.

'I should remain here, and wait for her to arrive.'

Alros spend his entire day inside the Forest of Bug, being absolutely annoyed as he could not even enter his Realm to have some fun while waiting as he left it in the hands of his elites.

'Where are you, and how long will you be leaving your home?' Alros complained in his head, as he was forced to wait for the Ruler of Forest of Bug.

But just as he planned on checking the other chambers, in hope finding anything of interest, loud buzzing noises come from where he came from.

Alros stopped moving, covering himself in shadow as he concealed his presence thoroughly in fear of being sensed by the Ruler.

As the buzzing noises get louder, Alros' heart was moving like he was in a marathon. Yet, he could not take off his eyes on the entrance, where he knew the Ruler of Bug would emerge.

Soon, a powerful presence make itself appear as the Ruler of Forest of Bug enter its chamber. Alros find himself mesmerize for a brief moment.

Alros thought was proven to be the correct one as it sat on it, before laying a large egg, probably the size of a human or two. After it laid its egg, other workers entered and put Mana Crystal around the egg, with the Ruler watching it before curling around itself in the chamber.

Seeing their works are done, the workers leave the room, likely only returning when the Ruler call upon them once more.

Alros remained, watching to see if he could glean anything else. However, after half an hour of nothing else going on, he decided to leave, after coming up with weapon that can work against the Ruler.

Despite having finished his observation of the Ruler, Alros did not leave the nest just yet. Instead, he traveled all over the nest, documenting what was in there and creating a map for his elites, while also counting the number of A-rankers living in the nest.

It took him a long time, but he learned many interesting thing. One of which, is that the nest contained many fruits rich with Mana, probably for the consumption of the nest.

There are also what could be described as a butcher chamber, with dead and dismembered Bug being placed inside, with most of it being Giant Caterpillar, probably the more powerful version of Green Caterpillar.

There are also a, detention chamber, where Bugs of B-rank and A-rank stored, though for what purpose, well, he could guess it and it is not pretty.

There are also a lot of mining chambers, with Alros guessing the main leyline, probably a Tier 3 one being located, with the other leyline being of Tier 1 and 2 located all over the Forest of Bug.

When he get outside, he take a quick look around and found what seem to be farms, with Giant Caterpillar being cared for and stuff with leaves rich with Mana, before being sent to the butcher.

After seeing one worker lifting a Caterpiller to its doom, aka the nest, he decided he had overstayed his visit.

'Time to get out of here.'
