Instead, apartment is what would normally be called an inn, which is a large building with many rooms, each room capable of holding few people like an apartment could. As such building save spaces, not to mention those who lived in the Realm would not have to pay any rents, so calling it an apartment instead of inn should be more appropriate.
Of course, while there is no rent, he collected something else, namely LP. Those who lived inside the Realm were heavily encouraged in following their lust.
