Chapter 630 Bring The Walls Down

Mark's aura suddenly erupted from his body in a blast of energy that sent more than half of the army surrounding him to their knees! The demons in the air started to drop from the sky like flies, and both the demon and angel soldiers who weren't strong enough lost consciousness immediately!

Ephraim jumped back in fright at the massive amount of power that Mark released, and Mark ignored him and turned towards the angels to his left before slashing his hand horizontally!

WOOSH!

SQUELCH!!

The [Fangs that Link the Heaven] followed Mark's order and immediately slashed across the air in front of Mark, and the angels who were still on their feet were immediately decapitated by the fangs as it tore through them like paper!

The demons in the region roared in excitement as they thought their lord was finally taking the initiative and starting the war, but Mark wasted no time as he put his hand out towards the nearby demon as well.

[Lightning Bolt]!!!

The clouds in the sky darkened as blue lightning streaked across the air before a massive bolt of lightning shot down and decimated the demon army!

Mark dashed into the army and began to unleash attacks on those who managed to survive, and it wasn't long before the entire field looked like a graveyard with dead bodies piling up by the tens!

"Run! The demon lord has gone mad!"@@@@

"What is going on!? He's killing everyone!"

"Aim at him! Kill him!"

The angels and demons started to fire attacks at Mark as they tried to kill him, but Mark was able to easily erase all light spells without taking any damage at all, and the dark spells that hit him didn't inflict much damage, so Mark ignored them and just bulldozed his way through the army!

Squelch!

"Argh! No! No -"

"What the hell is he trying to do?!"

"He wants to hit the wall! He's trying to break it!"

"Is he stupid!? This is Titan! It won't break!"

"Focus on where he's going to land! We'll attack him once he hits the wall!"

The angels still believed that Mark would bounce off the wall after trying to hit it, so they were planning to attack him once he failed to break through!

Mark felt disappointed when the Divergent Fist didn't activate again, but that did not mean his attack wasn't strong enough to decimate the wall! Mark's punch traveled past the surface of the wall, ignoring the strong Titan metal at first before imploding at the center of the wall and tearing a hole through the wall easily!

BOOM!

The entire wall around where Mark hit was reduced to dust, and the angels standing on the walkway above were too stunned to even move out of the way as they were sent tumbling to the ground from the broken section of the wall!

A large dust cloud rose from the debris, and Mark walked through it and into the central city while cleaning his face with the back of his hand. He glared at all the citizens who had been walking and flying through the capital and watched as their expressions of shock changed to pure fear as they started to scream and run away from the carnage once they saw him.

Mark stayed like that and watched them for a moment, and he looked up when he heard the sound of guards and soldiers arriving on the scene to apprehend him. Mark gave the citizens one last glance before turning and walking back into the dust cloud to leave the city.

By the time the angels arrived at the scene, Mark had vanished, and only the large gaping hole in their city was left behind.

Somewhere in the rubble outside the city gates, Ephraim crawled out from the destruction caused by Mark and coughed to clear his throat of the dust.

He stood up on shaky legs and looked around to see how much damage had been done, and he felt his heart shake with fear as he saw the multitudes of dead angels and demons around. The demon lord didn't spare a single race. He killed both the demons and the angel soldiers without mercy! Had the demon lord finally gone mad!? Why would he start attacking his own race!?

"Sir, you're alive!"

Ephraim turned when he heard someone's voice and saw that it was Duke Grant standing behind him. Along with him were his children, Rachel and James, along with some other angels who had managed to survive the carnage. They were all relatively unharmed and Ephraim let out a shaky breath as he tried to calm himself.

The sound of horse hooves beating in the distance reached their ears, and Ephraim turned around to see some of the demons that survived rushing to escape before the angels caught them. Duke Grant asked Ephraim if they should pursue the demons, and Ephraim just shook his head and turned around to look at the large gaping hole in their city wall.

They had to deal with this first.
