Chapter 517: SuperheatedSuperheavy Water Bomb

Luna suddenly stopped running and gathered water from all around her. The battlefield had been drenched in water since Luna had been creating it from the atmosphere all this while, so she didn’t need to worry about extracting mana from the atmosphere. She just had to grab the water that was already available and form it into a ball!

The Elder Eldritch roared in anger once it saw that Luna was preparing an attack and started to run toward her with its club raised above its head, but Sasha did not just run in blindly as she realized that there was something wrong. There was something different about this attack, and Sasha could tell that it wasn’t like the other attacks Luna had been creating.

Luna was even smiling as if they were walking right into her trap!

"Stop, you idiot! Wait!"

Sasha shouted out to her monster, ordering it to stop, but the monster was already in the process of raising its club and preparing to hit Luna, so there was no way it could just stop in the middle of its attack!

Luna’s smile widened as the ball in front of her began to heat up rapidly! Luna spent all this time avoiding the Elder Eldritch’s attacks because she had been working on the water around them, slowly converting it into superheavy water. Luna already had the ability to use the explosive attack that the shark-based anima used against her before.

But Luna knew that an attack like that wouldn’t be enough to take down an anima with high-strength stats like this one.

Luna needed something that packed a harder punch!

So she decided that she would do the same explosion, but this time with superheavy water. Superheavy water had a higher boiling point than regular water, and it also contained radioactive properties that would make any explosion a lot more dangerous, so Luna was sure that unleashing it on the Elder Eldritch was the best way to seriously injure it!

Luna jumped back as the ball of superheavy water began to vibrate, the atoms within becoming excited as the temperature rose rapidly. The Eldritch roared and continued forward ignorantly, and before the Eldritch even knew what was happening, a massive explosion erupted in its face!

KA-BOOM!

The Eldritch roared in pain as it was thrown back from the explosion! It put its hands up to its face as it felt the intense heat melting its skin away! But the Eldritch didn’t stay down for long, and before even a minute passed, it was already getting back to its feet angrily.

But before it could get up, ice chains burst out from the water around it and wrapped around its body, forcing it back to the ground and holding it tight to prevent it from moving! More water rose from the ground, and Luna felt her mana dip to nearly nothing as she converted the water into superheavy water and used it to form a giant icicle that floated right over the Eldritch’s head!

ROARR!

ROARR!

ROARRR!

SCREECH!

"Oh, for fuck’s sake..."

Luna cursed as she heard the sound of even more anima coming toward her! She stood up tiredly and turned in their direction with a stagger in her steps. Luna was very low on mana, but she could already feel it naturally filling back up. If it was only this much, then Luna would be able to hold on for a while. She had to hold on, no matter what.

On the other side of the clearing, Arit and Sasha slammed into the ground a few hundred meters away from Luna! Arit grabbed Sasha by the hair before she slammed her head into the ground hard with a look of pure fury on her face! Arit’s poison-yellow eyes glared at Sasha in anger, and Sasha actually felt fear filling her heart as Arit snarled at her angrily!

"Where is my KING!? Bring him back! Bring him back right now!!"

"Get the fuck off me, you stupid bitch!"

Sasha immediately bucked her hips to gain some leverage and used that space to kick Arit back with her legs, throwing Arit over her and allowing Sasha to get back on her feet!

Arit easily got her feet back under her as slid to a stop! She glared at Sasha and prepared for another attack! Arit was already prepared to beat Sasha to within an inch of her life! She didn’t care if she had to torture this woman until she brought Mark back! She would do anything to make her bring him back!
