as the flame touched xander he immediately used his primordial flames which is even more superior to wrap himself.
the orange flames of the manticore was devoured by xander's crimson primordial flames. xander stood up straight, his spear wasn't in his hand and he had no armour on.
xander looked at the manticore, anger surged through him as his will to survive empowered him.
the manticore roared loudly and xander felt a pressure upon his mind. however, accompanied by the sound of shattering glass the pressure suddenly vanished.
xander looked at the ring of knights on his finger and smiled as no magic attacks worked on him.
he ran towards the manticore. his speed was times three of what he previously had. all his stats were boosted by 200% which meant he was times three of his level... which surpasses level 100!
the manticore ony saw a red light. and xander appeared before it. it let out a deafening roar as it swiped its razor-sharp claw at him.
xander didn't dodge the claw and punched it with all his strength.
*bang!*
the manticore's paw caved in and the claws shattered due to the sheer force of xander's punch.
it suddenly spun. it's spiked tails waved towards xander and extended like rubber as the spikes on it glistened.
xander's eyesight too was sharp. he could see a slimy liquid on the spikes on the tails and he summoned his mind scythe.
the red scythe spinned as it lunged forward towards the tail that came xander's way.
upon contact with the scythe that manticore's tail was cut off and it let out a roar of pain.
xander wasn't done dealing with this creature. he jumped up with all his strength. clenching his fists as he came down he punched it's head from above, causing the air to ripple and causing a dust cloud to rise as the manticore's head collided with the sandy floor.
xander grabbed the horns on it's head and pulled it with all his strength.
the manticore growled loudly as it's eyes rolled back as it felt it's horns being pulled. it wanted to use its tails to strike the human on its head but the tails were cut off.
the manticore then was about to roll when xander suddenly jumped to the opposite side where the manticore wanted to turn while holding the horns.
a cracking sound rang out as the horns broke, causing the manticore to throw a tantrum. it rolled in the sand as it used it's paws to massage the center of its head in pain and anger.
xander threw the horns to one side and looked at the manticore which was in the air already with it's wings spread wide. it flapped it's wings, causing sand to be blown towards xander.
the wind wasn't strong enough to even move xander but he had to block the sand from entering his eyes.
the manticore limped faster as it's ears flopped down in fear. xander didn't have much time left as he waved the scythe down with it's tip facing downwards.
the manticore let out one final roar before the scythe pierced through it's back and reached the ground. xander didn't stop there and pulled out the scythe, slashing the manticore multiple times to make sure it dies.
xander shouted as he waved the scythe horizontally, slicing the manticore's body into two from its mouth all the way to it's rear.

he stopped covering himself with primordial flames and he turned around and began to walk towards the red sphere which hannah was in.

xander placed his hand on the red sphere and transformed it back to a ring on his finger.
hannah was stirred awake and she looked up to see xander smiling at her. she teared up as she knew what that smile meant.
"i'm sorry. i'm so useless." she mumbled.
xander immediately felt a weight on his mind and he knew it was time time to sleep.
'i really did it... i really.' his eyes closed and then everywhere went black.
