Chapter 232: Blood Unity Auction —2

Passing by a dark alleyway, an old decrepent carrige, packed to the brim with a powdered substance rolled roughly.

This carrige seem like it was on its last leg and would be a major safety hazard if found on the road in the day time.....but despite its raggedy look, this unseeming carraige was heading in the same direction as several others of high standards and placing.@@@@

It was heading to the blood unity auction.

The blood unity auction wasn’t the type of auction that had a specific time or date. It usually popped up whenever a major event was about to happen or had happened in the sacred lands.

This auction was run solely by the blood clans and saw the participation of several other high classed individuals from other clans in the surroundings.

"Urg, what kind of a raggedy carraige is that" from inside a house, a young man pointed at the raggedy carrige with a mocking look on his face.

Other thing about the auction was that it was on a need to know basis. Meaning, only those with a certain amount of power would know that the auction was about to start before it actually did.

If not for Leon pulling a few strings, he would never have gotten in talk less of these guys in the surroundings. For all they knew, this was but an ordinary night in BloodRock city.

As leons carraige rode through the city it wobbled and shook until finally it came to a stop in front of a massive gate.

"Ahhhh" Arian muttered.....there was currently a long line of carraiges with goods trying to get through the gate.

The gate lead to the inner district of blood Rock City. The district that only the most infulencial could enter. The bloodserpent clan and several other clans had their main clan streched into this area in one way or the other.

This was to show unity in their stance and at the same time was a show of strength. Because not only was the inner district a place of affluence....it also held the most sacred site in the city.

"Ehhn? This is fake, get him out of here!!" at the front of the gate, a middle aged man with a goatee cursed out a carrage rider for handing him fake documents.

For the blood unity auction, the inner district was to be used. As such, anyone with an invitation was allowed into the inner district for just that night.

It was a truly strange scene. Carraiges of high standards, holding infulencial people had come here and were sent back....but this decrepent carraige was let through so easily.

"Hmmm" the guard shook his head and called for the next carraige. He didn’t gve the strength to handle the trouble of the eccentric old men of the myriad clans.

"Hmmm it’s quite effective" Inside the carraige, the old man smiled as he gripped his hand tightly.

This person, was naturally Leon.

He had been practicing his sorcerer powers for a while now but couldn’t quite get the ones from the sorcerer from eldoria. Fortunately, the need to keep a low profile during these times had pushed him to finally master it.

Even then, it was insanely hard. Hence his pale face.

"Hmm," Beside him Arian and Ember smirked bitterly. Watching Leon change faces gave them the creeps. But it went to show that even now, they couldn’t tell Leon’s depths.

He had so many secrets.

"You guys remember the plan?....let’s put it aside. I have a better idea" Leon smirked while looking forward.

He had come up with alot of cotengencies for the upcoming auction for the fear of him being recognised.

But upon seeing how well this disguise was at the gate, Leon decided to go another route.

There was a need for drastic changes and Leon knew it. So he would need to make some big leaps.

"Hm!!"

"Hmm!!"

Arian and Ember nodded before placing on their faces, the faceless mask from the faceless mercenary company.
